I began my journey with excitement, however, I kept on second guessing myself, struggling with self-doubt and over committing myself leading to exhaustion.
But through tapping into mindset and embracing a holistic approach, I went from uncertain to actively enjoying my career performing as a Swing & Dance Captain in Major Musicals both around Australia & Internationally.
